Are you passionate about empowering young individuals and being a positive influence in their lives? Flatland/YFC Landmark, a dynamic drop-in center serving Landmark and its surrounding areas, is currently seeking a dedicated Female Staff Worker to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Female Staff Worker, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with youth, fostering a supportive atmosphere, and contributing to the success of our programs. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of volunteers, working together to create memorable experiences and meaningful connections with the youth we serve.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for working with youth and a commitment to their well-being.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with young individuals.
- Dedication to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all youth participants.
- Previous experience in youth development or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
